Biography
Sarah E. Marrone is a Senior Attorney at Grinke Stewart Law. Sarah is an experienced family law attorney and facilitative mediator. Sarah strives to bring compassion to stressful and difficult situations and works with her clients to help them achieve their specific goals. Sarah understands how difficult family law matters can be. She has focused her practice on assisting her clients with obtaining their goals without needlessly tearing families apart. Sarah has always had a passion for helping others. As an attorney, Sarah prides herself on understanding her clients’ unique concerns and overall objectives.
As a mediator, Sarah’s goal is to create an environment that fosters communication, encourages creativity, and helps parties find a way to get what they really want out of a settlement. Sarah’s compassion and understanding help parties to feel heard so a mutually beneficial settlement can be obtained.
Sarah has experience litigating a wide range of family law cases, including experience handling complex divorces, high conflict child custody cases, high net worth property division, adoptions, terminations of parental rights, cases involving Child Protective Services, and family law appeals.
Sarah received her business degree from Texas Tech University and earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Sarah is licensed to practice law in Texas. She is a Director of the Collin County Bar Association (CCBA) Young Lawyers Section and a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL). She was selected to DAYL’s Leadership Class in 2017. Sarah was also selected to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 list for 2022, 2023, and 2024, and the Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars list for 2022, 2023, and 2024. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her three children, husband, and goldendoodle. Sarah also enjoys attending spin and Orangetheory classes.
